“Jess has a diverse background in the arts, media and music industries. Her career to date includes artist liaison for a major UK festival, project management for an award-winning arts organisation, and digital marketing and community management. She has also written more than 20 non-fiction titles which have been published internationally.

For three years, Jess was Chief Community Officer for a promotional platform that enabled artists to promote their music with social media influencers. Through her role, Jess worked as a liaison between the influencers and artists to create brand presence and trust through content distribution, digital engagement and community support, building digital communities and further developing the artist-to-fan relationship.

In 2022, Jess co-founded Ridiculous Biz, an events and consultancy company that seeks to build a bridge between the UK and Mexico by curating memorable events and initiatives focused on creating connections and unique experiences.
Jess is also an associate lecturer at a specialist music industry organisation, delivering sessions on Digital Media and Marketing, and Innovation in the Music Industry. “
