Kate is Festival Director for El Dorado festival. The Hertfordshire based festvial attracts 12,000 people over a weekend to an eclectic musical adventure, with artists ranging from KC and the Sunshine Band and Vengaboys to Goldie and Mr Scruff. Kate is also a non-exec board memeber for the Association of Independent Festivals.
