Grace Capaldi is the co-owner of one of the UKs first purpose built, accessible recording studios. Echotown Studio was inspired by Grace who is a full-time wheelchair user who struggled when visiting other studios with her musician husband, Nick. As well as running the studio, Grace also manages artists and is an advocate for disability awareness in the music industry. She won the MPG Unsung Hero award in 2024 for her work behind-the-scenes and for helping to create an inclusive environment.
