Kima is a Pop/R&B music artist and the co-founder of the ‘Spotify-meets-Patreon’ music streaming app, Insidr. Insidr is the direct-to-fan subscription platform for unreleased music that pays music artists 4000% more than other music streaming apps.

Kima previously worked as a corporate lawyer advising multinational corporations like Microsoft, Goldman Sachs and IBM. When she left to pursue music full-time, she was shocked to find an industry that is not built for the creators that sustain it, so she made it her mission to leave the music industry better than she found it. Kima has been recognised by Google Arts & Culture and TRENCH as a Future Leader in Black British Music and Culture.

As a music artist, Kima had a breakout year in 2022, highlighted by her showcase at the FIFA World Cup 2022 as a “Best of British” representative for UK music. This propelled her into the global spotlight alongside notable figures like Basement Jaxx. In 2023, Kima continued her ascent by headlining Budweiser’s BRIT Awards showcase, performing at BAFTA, and having her music featured in hit TV shows and big brand commercials.
