“Laura runs Development and Operations at Music Industry Therapist Collective (MITC) – an international group of health professionals with an abundance of experience of working within and around the music industry in various roles across all sectors. MITC’s practitioners have extensive experience of working within the music business prior to retraining, giving us a unique insight into the particular pressures, stressors, working practises, motivations and mindsets commonly found in the live music business. Prior to joining MITC, Laura spent fifteen years working in the live music industry, starting out in venues and touring, before spending the latter seven years as an agent at CAA.
