“Bella Levina Lueen aka Levina is an independent singer & songwriter, who enchants listeners with her contagious musicality and enthralling emotion. Having been described as a ‘spellbinding sonic force’ by Wonderland her mesmerising vocals instantly catch your attention, while her profound lyrics connect with your heart.
Born in Germany, the London-based artist continues to carve out her own realm of alternative pop inspired by the soul. With fables of the relationships with ourselves, each other and the world around us, Levina has found a place to question the status-quo and notions of conformity. Levina explores what it truly means to be human, hoping to enable her listeners to feel understood and inspired.
Since bursting on the scene in 2017, Levina extensively toured Europe, performed at Eurovision and accumulated over 5 million streams that year alone. After rebranding in 2020, Levina released her EP Thinking In The Dark independently, produced by BBC Radio 1 regular Zach Said. Receiving praise from the likes of BBC Introducing, Billboard, Earmilk and Notion, her repertoire continues to evolve exponentially. Levina’s Danger was featured on the 10th season of Love Island and Who’s Laughing Now from her latest EP Let’s Talk received support from editorial playlists at Apple Music and Spotify, including New Music Friday.
Her passion for collaboration led Levina to feature on edbl’s Brockwell Mixtape with guitarist Telica, earning global editorial recognition alongside Miller Blue, CHERISE and Carrie Baxter. This fruitful collaboration culminated in Levina and Telica releasing their track Crush earlier this year. Levina is also currently immersed in the creation of her second album.
Levina was awarded the PRS Foundation’s International Showcase Fund for her performance at Future Echoes Festival in Sweden in 2023, and has since sold-out a headline show at the renowned Notting Hill Arts Club as well as a co-headline show with collaborator Lisabel at Servant Jazz Quarters.
Beyond her musical endeavours, Levina is passionate and active about improving the music industry, being the Chair of the Featured Artists Coalition’s Artist Council and an advocate for mental health with Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter.”
