“With a career in music spanning over 25 years Chris De Banks is no stranger to the pitfalls and darker corners of the music industry. Picking up his first drink and drug around the same time he played his first gig Chris’s career was plagued by alcoholism and drug addiction. After seeking help and finding recovery in 2016 Chris set up Not Saints, the worlds only record label dedicated to working with musicians in recovery from alcoholism, drug addiction, and related social issues.

Today Chris is an advocate for improved awareness around alcohol and drug addiction in the music industry and continues to carry the message that self-care and mindfulness for others can build a more inclusive, safer, and compassionate music industry.
