Between 2012-2022 Jennie was Founder & CEO of the Abram Wilson charity, which inspires, connects and opens doors to the music industry so that minoritised young talent have an equal chance of realising their creative potential.

After her husband Abram’s passing in 2012, she grew the charity from conception to a high-impact, multi-six figure organisation. During this time, she was listed in WISE100, a national index recognising the top women in social enterprise, and won a Talent Award from WACL (a membership body of female leaders in advertising and communications).

Today she works with purpose-driven creatives, entrepreneurs and teams who are feeling overwhelmed and stretched find clarity; achieve balance and build connection for sustainable growth. She does this through playful facilitation and coaching including the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. “
